Welcome to the BBC The Musketeers kink meme

The lowdown: You post your prompt, anon or not. Someone else will hopefully fill it (also anon or not). Not for profit, just for fun. And in this case, for king and country.

Anon is on, IP logging is off.

Rules:
No wank
No kink-shaming
Be respectful to everyone
The mod is not your babysitter
Use the warnings

Mandatory trigger warnings/warnings for both prompts and fills:
non-con/dub-con
abuse (physical and mental)
issues such as racism, sexism, homo-/trans-/-bi-/ace-phobia etc
character death
suicide
self-harm
eating disorders
extreme physical or mental illness
substance abuse (alcohol, drugs, medication)
bullying
gore and horror

If this list misses anything, do let me know, though please understand that if absolutely everything is added this list will never end.

You are encouraged and advised to add additional warnings at your own discretion.

Please make use of the subject line.

If your prompt alludes to the book or any of the other adaptations, please let us know which one.

Lastly, prompt freezes (which I have to say I’m really not fond of) etc will be at the mod’s discretion. I will decide on a prompt cut-off point for prompt posts once I know how fast the meme moves.

Rule addition: No more discussions on the prompt post. If you want to discuss something, we have a discussion post. If you want to wank about a prompt, that's not what the discussion post is for. That's what your scroll bar and that little red x in the top corner of your browser is for.

Porthos/Aramis Picture-prompt

Anything based on this picture! Can be related to the notes underneath, or something else entirely, I just want Porthos looking after sick, upset Aramis.

D'Artagnan/Constance, huddling for warmth

Date: 2014-03-09 06:24 am (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
Maybe they're on a mission; maybe there's a firewood shortage at Constance's house; but either way, it's cold and they can't get a fire started, and have to huddle for warmth. It's up to you what happens next.
From: (Anonymous)
The boys are assigned as guards to a visiting noble and he seems really nice.

But only to Athos. To D'Artagnan, Aramis and especially Porthos, he's down right antagonistic. The reason is that the man is incredibly racist and pretty much hates anyone who isn't white. The man spits at their feet, is rude to them and sometimes flat out ignores them, but never hits them.

For ages Athos doesn't realise, because the other three grit their teeth and bare it, thinking the guy is just an asshole and is being one to Athos too.

But after a few days of hearing a few sarcastic comments from the others about their 'charming guest' etc, Athos corners them and they're all surprised to find out that the man is only civil to Athos.
It doesn't occur to any of them that the reason is race until D'Artagnan's hot-headed nature gets the better of him and the noble backhands him, calling him a very offensive and racist term.

Athos is having none of it (and neither are the others, Treville and Constance)

(What he does to the noble is up to the person filling)
From: (Anonymous)
D'Artagnan and Aramis would count as white, though, at least within the world of the show. Or did you want him being racist against them for being Gascon/Spanish? Or did you want the character's ethnicities shifted to match the actors?

Athos/Aramis, what if...

Date: 2014-03-09 03:24 pm (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)

What if it would be Aramis instead of D'Artagnan who faked his inprisonment to get to Vadim?

Vadim would find out easily enough about his true intention, and starts to backmail the musketeers with his well being :)

Athos of course will have none of it.

Bonus point: For som wounded Aramis
Extra bonus: For "thank God you are safe now sex" :D

Constance/Any

Date: 2014-03-09 03:31 pm (UTC)

Constance wants a baby. Her husband is unable to provide her with one so she turns to the musketeers/d'artagnan for help.

Milady/Athos dom/sub

Date: 2014-03-09 03:41 pm (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
Athos is the subbiest sub to ever sub. Milady is a natural domme. I would really like a scene between the two of them - whips, pegging, pain play, withheld orgasm, whatever you feel like doing to him. Up to Auth!anon if it's set <5 years ago or whenever, and I'm ok with consent issues if you want to go there (Milady doesn't strike me as the safe, sane, consensual type, but that's just a feeling!)

Constance/Christine, women who fight

Date: 2014-03-09 05:10 pm (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
So there's a new treaty being struck with Savoy, and Christine is busy being a ninja spy. She runs into Constance somehow, and of course Constance thinks she's amazing, a woman who can fight like a musketeer and has serious political clout. They spend time together for Reasons, and end up taking out a group of assassins together. This leads to adrenaline-fuelled sex.

aramis/anne

Date: 2014-03-09 07:23 pm (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
He's her knight--with all the courtly love features, tokens and breathless swearing of devotion, angsting over how their love can never be, ust and meaningful glances and small touches, Aramis putting himself in harm's way for her and her patching him up afterwards, etc.

D'artagnan/Constance

Date: 2014-03-09 07:24 pm (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
Constance knows exactly what she likes (and what she's not getting from her husband) and is very bossy in bed. Obviously D'art is totally into that.

Re: D'artagnan/Constance

Date: 2014-03-23 07:15 am (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
Not quite what you were asking for, but my fill for another prompt does go some of the way to Constance knowing what she wants and not being afraid to push d'Artagnan around to get it

Female d`Artagnan/Athos

Date: 2014-03-09 07:48 pm (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
Her name is Chantal d`Artagnan, she is dressed as a man as it is safer for a woman to travel as a man than otherwise, when her Father is killed she goes to avenge his death and Kill the Musketeer Athos only to find he is not the murderer and ends up clearing his name.

After fighting d`Artagnan assuming she is a man the Musketeers are shocked to find out her true gender when she is thrown to the ground during the fight, shocked and impressed by her swordsmanship.

While a woman can not officialy be a Musketeer, she can help them on missions, train with them, and officialy tend their horses to give a decent reason for her presence at the garrison.

Also Athos finds himself inexplicably drawn to Chantal, after everything he went through with Milady he swore off women but now he finds he can`t resist.

But a young woman alone in France, even one who can fight, is not safe, especialy when she goes on missions to undercover mad bombers, helps hide ex Musketeers, among other things, and of course there is the murderous ex wife, Chantal and Athos have their work cut out to make their relationship work.

Bonus

Porthos is the one who knocks Chantal to the ground revealing she`s a woman and is horrified he`s hit a woman!

Marsac attacking Chantal not Constance and Athos saving her

Pleanty of low cut corsets and skirts flying up

Richelieu/Treville, standing up for each other

Date: 2014-03-09 07:56 pm (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
Despite bickering all the time, jockeying for position and generally rarely seeing eye to eye both Richelieu and Treville don't take kindly to someone else attacking either of them.
A musketeer badmouthing Richelieu when Treville's in ear-shot? A courtier implying Treville isn't good at his job? They will get shut down epically. Although this never happens when both Treville and Richelieu are present.

Betrothed and fighting for love

Date: 2014-03-09 08:20 pm (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
D`Artagnan was betrothed to a man several years ago, a man who is nothing but a brute, a man who will treat him dreadfully, a man he was happy to get away from once he got to Paris, and after his Father`s death he had believed that he was free from the betrothal, but now his betrothed has come to Paris demanding his hand.

Athos is in love with D`Artagnan and is not about to let the Gascon become the property of this brutish oaf, leading to a LEGAL Duel for d`Artagnan`s hand to free him from this God Forsaken betrothal

Its kink meme lets just pretend that homosexuality was legal in the seventeenth century and men could be betrothed like women

Not quite a fill, but its the first thing that popped into my head xD!

"There are worse things, you know" Aramis said, picking at the end strands of his now much longer hair. "We could have been turned into frogs"

Athos scowls at him/her and then goes back to sitting rigid on the fallen tree. Since the spell was cast, the reserved quasi-leader of the foursome had been sitting in the same place, refusing to move or say anything.

Porthos on the other hand, had been cupping his new breasts in all that time. He grinned. "Yeah, I don't think frogs would have been as fun"

The youngest member and Musketeer in training was attempting to position his baggy clothes in a manner that didn't flash his new assets to his friends. His clothes had been baggy enough as a man...

/ Probably nothing like what you wanted, so I haven't called this a fill. Hope people liked it anyway x

Yeah, it kind of does. Also, the fact that the three of them make such a complete unit on their own. Which leads neatly into why I ship the OT3 so damn hard. XD Thanks! I thought it would be a neat addition to the verse, and adds an extra layer to her (clearly not love-based) marriage and the inescapable draw to d'Artagnan. (Oh. Oh, wow. You're so very right about that!)

Sad, but true. The best that royalty can usually hope for is that their soulmate will be found somewhere amongst the nobility from which it would be feasible to take a lover. Also, because commoners rarely get into close enough proximity to the king/queen to be recognized.

(That's why I don't understand why this prompt has latched onto my brain like this! I mean, of all things, a soulmate prompt?? Which isn't to say that I'm not enjoying the hell out of brainstorming for it. XD I suck at humour and hijinks - though I do enjoy it when someone else manages to do it well - but I'll totally help with the thousands of words of worldbuilding part!)

D'Artagnan/Athos - Farm Boy not a peasant

D'Artagnan knows a lot about horses and working in stables from having taken an interest when he was young. He does come from the country, and there is a farm on his family's land... but he's a little bit confused by this whole 'poor farm boy' and 'peasant' business.

He's Charles Ogier de Batz de Castelmore d'Artagnan, of a 9th century nobility. Sure they're not as rich as they once were but...

He's not offended, just really confused.

Athos has been giving Porthos lessons, aided by Aramis, on being a noble. They've been teaching him to read, count, the 'correct' way to speak etc, and once D'Artagnan has joined they decide to include him in their lessons. A poor little peasant boy needs to know how to behave after all.

D'Artagnan has fun with it.
(Kudos if Porthos knows D'Artagnan's nobility, either clues in that D'Artagnan's having them on or D'Artagnan tells him)
(Double brownie points because OP has a Latin Language Kink: D'Artagnan casually reciting Latin to a shocked Athos and Aramis, and a very amused Porthos)
