Please make use of the subject line.

If your prompt alludes to the book or any of the other adaptations, please let us know which one.

Lastly, prompt freezes (which I have to say I’m really not fond of) etc will be at the mod’s discretion. I will decide on a prompt cut-off point for prompt posts once I know how fast the meme moves.

Destructive Aramis and d'Artagnan Gen

(Anonymous) 2014-09-09 04:47 am (UTC)(link)
Aramis and d'Artagnan get paired together to go on a mission and pretty much everyone but them realize it's going to be a disaster. d'Artagnan is still to new to be fully versed in handling Aramis and can't reign him in like the other two musketeers can. And, Aramis can't help but get caught up in d'Artagnan's enthusiasm to prove himself.

Treville will probably never let them out without a babysitter ever again.

I could definitely see these two being trouble together. Seconded.

Sword Fighting - OT4

(Anonymous) 2014-09-09 02:25 pm (UTC)(link)
d'Artagnan bests Athos in a duel; the others find this hot and decide this is something they should celebrate - as a group (naked).

Porthos returns to the Court of Miracles- and he's not Alone (Portamis/romantic Ace-Athos/botp3)

(Anonymous) 2014-09-09 04:15 pm (UTC)(link)
Something happens, maybe its a fight gone wrong, some dastardly plan by the Cardinal or something as ugly as time-period politics and racism, but for whatever reason poor Porthos is officially drummed out of the Musketeers. With no where else to go, Porthos packs up his things and plans to head back to the Court of Miracles... but if he thinks he's going alone, he's wrong.

Imagine his reaction when he walks out of the garrison thinking he's lost everything- only to sees Aramis standing there noticeably out of uniform and with his own things packed up and waiting for him. And he's not alone, Athos is also there out of uniform and ready to go, both having resigned their own commissions.

A stunned d'Artagnan and a heart-sick and resigned Treville (he knew he would be losing three soldiers instead of just one when Porthos was drummed out) can only watched the Inseparables walk away.

Slasher d'Artagnan (het-d'Art, voyeurism, Portamis)

(Anonymous) 2014-09-09 05:53 pm (UTC)(link)
d'Artagnan is happily hetero and mad in love with Constance. But after accidentally walking in on and catching Porthos and Aramis going at it late one night in one of the back rooms in the garrison (luckily he managed to quickly sneak out before they noticed him), then later getting over his initial shock and horror. He finds himself oddly curious... then actually interested.

Which leads to him becoming a bit of a voyeur, he doesn't want to join in or anything, but secretly likes to watch Porthos and Aramis fucking, who are still unaware of their audience. Though Athos (who of course knows about his two friends feelings for one another and what they often do since many times he shares a room with them) is aware of our young Gascon's peeking.

Huge bonus! if d'Artagnan finds out that Constance has known about Porthos and Aramis and likes to watch to! (though poor girl rarely gets the chance)

Yes to this !

OT4, sport team AU

(Anonymous) 2014-09-09 08:04 pm (UTC)(link)
The Musketeers is the unofficial name of the most hopeful sport team in France (fencing, horse riding, maybe?). With Athos, the true legend of his sport, coming to the end of his career, Treville, the coach, hopes to find his future champion in D'Artagnan.

The coach of another team, Richelieu, plots with his assistant, Milady, to dismiss the Musketeers of an important competition.

Warnings: Malnutrition, D’Artagnan’s Finacial Situation Becomes Desperate

(Anonymous) 2014-09-10 07:25 am (UTC)(link)
I’d love to see something that expands on D’Artagnan being poor. Let’s say he still doesn’t have his commission but that he has found out about his farm being destroyed (which means no income), he can no longer afford to stay with the Bonacieux’s and ends up living in the slums. The Captain is aware that he lost his farm and tells Athos to deal with the situation, trusting the three to take care of D’Artagnan but for some reason there’s a miscommunication and they don’t understand how serious the situation is nor do they notice anything amiss. Not that his clothes are looser than they used to be, that he doesn’t go out drinking with them anymore, or that his hands sometimes shake with hunger when he’s training.
D’artagnan doesn’t want to ask for help. There were lean years on the farm and he’s gone without before, plus he’s trying to prove himself as a man in order to become a musketeer. How are they going to trust him to protect the King and have their backs in battle if he can’t even manage to feed himself?

Cue Treville finally figuring it out when he notices D’Artagnan still in his light jacket in the middle of winter hanging back from the others as they go off drinking. He follows him to his hovel and upon viewing the situation immediately swoops in and brings him home to his wife and family giving him food, shelter, and a decent coat. D’Artagnan ashamed of his lack of funds begs the Captain not to tell the others. The two of them end up bonding after living together for a few months and have a few inside jokes which is what finally triggers the other three to investigate and realize the error of their ways.

Bonus points for D’Artagnan being awesome with the young Treville children and Mrs. Treville being completely unsurprised and unfazed by her husband brining home a stray.

tldr: D’Artagnan has no money and can’t afford rent or food. Treville brings him home and fixes things until the other three figure out that their youngest almost didn’t survive the winter.

Oh, I really want to read this!

We all need to rest

(Anonymous) 2014-09-10 03:23 pm (UTC)(link)
After an ambush on the road, D'artagnan, Athos and Porthos are all quite badly injured leaving them all unconscious following the fight leaving Aramis the sole Musketeer to fight of the remaining bandits.

After promptly finishing the enemy off Aramis turns to his injured friends, dealing with their varying injuries, during which they still remain unconscious. Somehow defying the odds Aramis manages to get all three men to a nearby inn where he then proceeds to continually watch over all three of his brothers for the following couple of days as they all slip in and out of consciousness.

Careful not to worry them whilst they are in such tender states, Aramis fails to reveal the conditions of the others, simply assuring the third they are fine when questioned in the brief moments of consciousness before the third falls once again asleep.

As the three finally come round to a more permanent state of consciousness they begin to see how the lack of sleep and food has left Aramis looking both pale and ill, realising what he has done for them and slightly angered that he lied to them about the situation of which they were in.

Conscious of their friends delicate state the others finally manage to force him to stop fussing over them and with a little berating on their part, manage to convince him to sleep, forcing him to eat and take care of himself this time, promising themselves to confront him over his lack of self preservation once he is feeling better. Que the other three becoming mother hens and much to Aramis' annoyance and protests, fussing over him and returning their thanks in the only way they know how.

Can be slash or gen whatever is preferred.

This is awesome!

Sugar rush/caffeine rush for the first time= hyper musketeers

(Anonymous) 2014-09-10 04:54 pm (UTC)(link)
Humour prompt. Goods from a ship that sailed from Venice are being sold in Paris, and the buzz about the wares is rising, so trendy Aramis decides to buy some of the products. He gets coffee (historically coffee at the time came from the Middle East through Italy), and sugar made from sugar canes. You decide whether Aramis serves it all heated in cups, or gives coffee to some of his friends and sugar to the others.

I want hyper-activity, then sudden headache, because the musketeeers are sensitive to the new stimulants, unpredictable mood-swings (I'm happy! Now I'm sad). I just imagine over-excited Athos being confused why he's laughing openly suddenly, Aramis and d'Artagnan riding the high of the rush like puppies, and Porthos deciding that this is more uplifting than wine, plus his fencing is faster than ever.

I'm okay with Brotp4 and ships.

Hmmm. Delicious prompt.

The Ghost Whisperer (mentions of Savoy massacre)

(Anonymous) 2014-09-10 06:15 pm (UTC)(link)
Aramis does not return from Savoy alone.
Recovering from his head injury and the trauma of surviving Savoy, Aramis is plagued with seeing his dead comrades everywhere. Believing he is going mad or his God is punishing him, he withdraws into himself.
Treville and Porthos are at their wits end, not knowing what to do. Treville is occupied with new recruits, one of whom being Athos. Eventually Porthos has had enough and begs Aramis to tell him what is wrong, he eventually breaks down and gestures that 'they' won't leave him alone. Seeing no one else in the room and Aramis seemingly having a conversation with himself, Porthos tries to help. He asks what it is 'they' want, which is apparently different things. Porthos surmises that perhaps doing what they ask will get rid of them. With little to loose Aramis relents and starts carrying out 'their' wishes.
Turns out Porthos was right, they do leave. Each parting in peace giving Aramis hope that he is not actually cursed but blessed to help his lost brothers. Seeing all of this also makes Porthos believe that there is something divine going on, as eack task appears to bear fruit and he too can feel the peace as another soul passes.
Things come to a head though when Aramis meets Athos, who is being haunted by his brother Thomas.

5 times Aramis does not kiss Porthos on the mouth & 1 time he does

(Anonymous) 2014-09-10 06:52 pm (UTC)(link)
Porthos really wants Aramis to kiss him, which he does, just not on the mouth.

It is either the back of his head, his cheek, a wound after stitching, his knuckles, he even (jokingly) throws himself on the ground one time to kiss his boots.

You can switch the 1 time with a frustrated Porthos just grabbing Aramis and snogging the life out of him :)

Also don't have to use any of my examples.

Think this would be pre-relationship leading to relationship (my weakness)

I'm drawn in by the possibilities of this prompt. I don't think I have it in me to fill it right now, but I'm marking it and I'll be checking back to see if someone else does.

Yes, me too, and since a few other supernatural/ghost type prompts have popped up with more specific premises, I'm hoping we'll at least get something for this prompt. :)
