Free For All Round 1

The Queen

Date: 2015-05-27 10:23 pm (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
The Queen isn't entirely selfless when she encourages Constance's happiness, primarily through her relationship with d'Artagnan, for she has learned to live vicariously through it.

Moments between Constance and d'Artagnan, witnessed or learned of second hand, from the point of view of the Queen. Missing scenes, existing scenes and scenes to come!
From: (Anonymous)
After getting married Constance and d'Artagnan have been separated by circumstance (war?) They write letters to each other and eventually Constance tries to put her active imagination into words and attempts to write something ever so slightly steamy, to which d'Artagnan attempts to respond in kind.

They both start out shy, awful and awkward but eventually they become porn pros, writing sexy scenarios about themselves (that would make Aramis blush) to tide each other over until they meet again.

These are their letters...

D'Artagnan abused by Priest

Date: 2015-05-30 07:21 pm (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
warnings: child abuse, mentions/implied sexual abuse of a child, manipulation, abuse by the clergy, blaming child for their abuse or not believing them and any mental health issues resulting from all of the above.

I'm not sure if this is allowed as it does say no sexual situations with children under the age of 16 but the abuse is in the past and I have no desire for detailed depictions of the sexual abuse as part of this prompt, more the manipulation and fall out of it. Sorry if I have misunderstood.

As a child d'Artagnan was abused by the local priest and was either not believed or blamed for it by family/friends/priest. The priest was extremely manipulative of d'Artagnan which has left its mark.

Many years later he has made his peace with God but not the men of God. Although his head knows that Aramis is nothing like that priest, sometimes his heart doesn't and he will see the cross Aramis wears and/or Aramis will say something that brings it all back and makes it difficult for him. To complicate matters the priest turns up in Paris with the Cardinal.

Now Treville has a mission for them - The four of them are to escort the same priest to a monastery out in the middle of no where. They are informed/determine they are escorting him more to prevent him causing any further embarrassment to the church than is own protection. But the mission takes its toll on d'Artagnan who starts to unravel at the seams...

Bonus stuff
d'Artagnan still blames himself deep down and is thoroughly ashamed
Set before he becomes a Musketeer
d'Artagnan makes his peace with Aramis by the end
The Musketeers figure it out eventually
Three pissed off, protective Musketeers (triply pissed off Aramis)
The priest drops comments and/or continues being a manipulative git towards d'Artagnan
Though he may flounder along the way, d'Artagnan comes out on top by the end (with a little help from his friends :)

Porthos/Aramis/Ninon, anything

Date: 2015-06-01 02:15 pm (UTC)
From: [personal profile] kyele
I recently accidentally incepted myself with the idea of Porthos/Aramis/Ninon. It was originally in the context of a modern AU and included relationship elements as well as sex. I'm looking for someone (anyone!) to tell me how this would actually work. First preference would be for modern AU and the three of them dating as well as having sex, but I'll take anything that sheds more light on this fascinating dynamic. As fluffy or kinky, plotty or plotless, long or short as the writer wishes. Just give me these three!

Love of mine
Someday you will die
But I'll be close behind
I'll follow you into the dark

Death Cab For Cutie's song 'I Will Follow You Into The Dark' makes me think of Porthos and Aramis' close relationship be it as lovers or just as epic Life-mates. How about a death-fic? But the challenge is to make it sad but sweet like the song. Break my heart, yet make me smile to.

Would you mind if it has multiple reincarnations? And also multiple chapters?

Oh Brothers! Aramis whump! Brotherly love

Date: 2015-06-02 06:55 pm (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)

After the loss of his and Isabelle's child, Aramis the youngest of five sons of a penniless family on the borders of spain was sent to a local monastery to live out the rest of his live as one of the brothers after his fathers became tired of his reckless behaviour. He soon escaped this live ultimately becoming one of the musketeers and Trevilles finest.

Years later, the inseparables are ambushed by surprise on their way home from a mission by a group of bandits. These bandits turn out to be Aramis' long lost brothers and determined not to get them in trouble, Aramis makes a deal with them in in his mother tongue and allows his brothers to slip away with their money using him as a hostage on the promise to return to his fellow musketeers. Upon his return he mentions nothing of the bandits being his brothers, and the four soldiers return to Paris with only their pockets a bit lighter.

Unknown to all of them, his brothers had been being followed by a recently discredited count who they had stolen from, the same count who had just had his titles removed by the crown after the inseparables caught him engaging in unsavoury behaviour.

Sensing an opportunity for pay back, the count and his men kidnap Aramis and present him to both sets of brothers as a ransom, demanding his stolen money and titles in return for Aramis' safe return.

After the bandits reveal their true identities to the musketeers, it is now up to the group of men to work together to retrieve their missing brother before it is too late.

Lots of Aramis whump and extra teasing as his 'older brothers' gang up on him upon his safe return ... no preference for gen or slash (but i do love ot3)

An antisemitic mob in Paris has accused them of exhtirting Christians for money and selling poor products, as well as the murder of a trader. Cardinal Richleu agrees to a trial. D'Artangen has to figure out a way to help his relatives while maintaining the trust and friendship on the Inseparables.

Thunder Storms in the Night

Date: 2015-06-03 11:25 pm (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
Our Musketeers have different reactions to thunderstorms.

Loud and violent storms with thunder and lightning have always frighted d'Artagnan ever since he was little, even now as an adult they still frighten him if he's alone or not busy on a mission or doing something to take his mind off it. When it get real bad he finds himself usually going to Constance or Athos for silent comfort.

Athos quietly admires storms (when he's not stuck outside in them), there's just something about all the electricity and ozone in the air.

Aramis finds such grand shows of Mother Nature's power exhilarating, all the bright flashing and violent claps of thunder get him seriously horny.

Poor Porthos doesn't really have an opinions of storms, their just something that happen, though he prefurs to be indoors when they do. The only thing he knows is that he never gets any sleep when theres one- thanks to Aramis.

Athos never had Milady hung, and she never killed Thomas, who is now married to Catherine and living in her Fathers house.

When her past was exposed, Milady used blackmail on Athos to keep her position, having found out about his past dalliances with men, she holds the threat of exposure and a death for sodomy over him, forcing him to remain wed to her, and under her control.

Drinking himself into an early grave, while his Wife does as she pleases, Athos is a reclusive melancholy drunk in his Chateau in La Fere, completely under Milady`s thumb.

When by chance, three Musketeers happen upon the estate, one of their group having been injured and is in need of medical care.

Athos admits them to his house while they are there he grows fond of them.

More than fond in fact, The powerful, protective Porthos, the amorous and gifted Aramis, and the brave loyal d'Artagnan, all sing to Athos heart making him yearn for them, for another life away from La Fere and his wife.

Finding his courage, Athos decides to return to Paris with them, and enlist as a novice Musketeer, to be trained by them, quickly becoming part of their unit, and bond.

When Milady hears of this, she is furious, it`s one thing for her to fornicate, and for Athos to be drinking himself to death, but quite another for him to be laying with three other men, and building a life for himself away from her!.

She resolves to get her revenge, and take away everything Athos loves, starting with his new lovers.

I had a sudden yen for some fic where the newly minted Captain Athos is so wrapped up in keeping his men safe and being a good leader that he forgets little things like sleeping, eating, bathing, shaving, etc.

Fortunately, while he's busy looking out for those under his command, they are also looking out for him.

I would prefer BroT4, but I'm cool with Athos/Aramis/Porthos if that's the way you roll.

Not dead just pregnant! Richelieu/Treville Mpreg

Date: 2015-06-10 09:23 pm (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
There are several fics on AO3 in which Richelieu did not die shortly before Series Two, and instead faked his death, or was kidnapped and his death was a cover up, I`m writing one of them myself!.

But this twisted thought struck my mind, what if, Richelieu had faked his own death, not to hide from enemies, but because he had to go into hiding as he was unexpectedly pregnant by Treville?!.

What if Treville did`nt know Richelieu was pregnant, since he and The Cardinal had not been on the best of terms since the Queens attempted assassination, and Richelieu decided to keep it secret.

Some how Treville becomes suspicious and manages to track Richelieu down, going into give him hell for causing so much trouble, only to find him an insecure emotional wreck mere weeks away from giving birth!.

Que loving Family man Treville setting about to make everything alright again, and helping Richelieu through his final weeks of pregnancy, and of course the birth!.

Cliche Pregnant Richelieu, crying all time, wild mood swings, dreadful cravings, moaning over his changing body, the works.

Treville taking everything in his stride, nothing at all fazing him, not even the broken fingers during labour!

PS This can be crack if you wish!

Alpha Omega verse

Date: 2015-06-11 10:35 am (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
Warnings/tags: child abuse (both mental and physical), body image issues, prejudice, mental health issues, alpha/omega verse.

D'artangan was raised in an area where it is dangerous to be an unaligned omega. Born to beta parents his mother died on the childbed, his father hired a nurse to look after him and she hated what he was and would beat/abuse/humiliate him if he did anything that could remotely be seen as omegan behaviour or instinct.

By the time he reaches Paris all he knows about his kind are the worst stereotypes, is fearful of being discovered and and hates what he is but hides it all behind a brash and cocky front.

When it all comes out Athos, Aramis and Porthos (and maybe Constance) have to re-educate him and help him see himself for the beautiful person he is.

Would prefer it if the musketeers are familial alphas/omegas. Would really love for Constance to be an alpha interested in d'Artangan. However will happily take different pairings if author prefers as I ship d'Artangan with pretty much everybody :)

As Captain, Treville is not only a leader to his men, he is also, more often than not, a friend, as well as something of a father figure.

I'd like to see a new recruit d'Artagnan not necessarily being aware of this at first. He's gotten used to a sense of brotherhood and friendship from the Inseparables, but remains uncertain of exactly where he stands with Treville, perhaps believing the captain to be on an entirely different level than his men.

Something happens to change this. Don't particularly care what. Maybe he could be trying too hard to be the perfect recruit, things go badly, and Treville proves more understanding than d'Artagnan expected, or something else entirely.

Bonus points if, when he first makes the connection between Treville - Father Figure, d'Artagnan is at least mildly distressed due to having recently lost his actual father.

Others can be included as well, if anon wants! I mostly just want some daddy Treville.
From: (Anonymous)
Aw, yes! I love fatherly Treville fic!
From: (Anonymous)
Maybe they've come to some kind of understanding vis a vis bloody hands and accountability.

Maybe it's an AU where the Comte de la Fere fell to the Cardinal's scheming and Milady once bent her proud neck and said, "You don't have to kill him. *Please*."

Mostly what I want to see is their stolen conversations: irascible, snide, twisty, and as kind to each other as they can possibly manage, full of the terrible bluntness of someone who has seen you at your worst and likes you anyway.

Bonus if there's a bit where one is desperately ill and the other sneaks in to feed them cordial and listen to them breathe.
From: (Anonymous)
Ooooooh, DO WANT. If I didn't already have a pile of things I'm trying to write I'd contemplate taking this on myself, but I'm hoping someone else steps up.

(Does anon have a preference in when this takes place, out of curiosity, because it sounds like it'd be great as an AU of Season 1, but generally curious.)

Richelieu/Treville Forced marriage

Date: 2015-06-18 04:50 pm (UTC)
From: (Anonymous)
The two of them constantly snipe at each other like an old married couple, they practically finished each others insults, live in each others pockets, spy on each other, and yet would never truly do anything to harm each other.

In short, they`re married!.

For some reason Cardinal Richelieu and Captain Treville have to get married, and it has to be a proper marriage, ie living together, eating together, sleeping together etc.

Naturally the two of them are horrified by this, and grudgingly go through with is out of a sense of duty.

However what begins as a match made in hell slowly turns into something quite different, as they spend more time together when not in their personas of Cardinal and Captain they learn more about each other and their feelings for one another begin to change, with an unexpected romance blossoming.

Can be set before the series or during, or in an Au.

Re: Richelieu/Treville Forced marriage

Date: 2015-06-18 06:05 pm (UTC)
From: [personal profile] kyele
I tossed around an idea like this in my head a while ago while I was trying to find an arranged marriage setup I found plausible for those two. In my idle speculation it was going to be a D/s AU where subs' rights are a relatively recent idea and there are still a bunch of old-fashioned notions around them, foremost among which is that a sub needs to have a Dom "in charge of them" (their parent or spouse) in order to be trusted with Serious Business.

Plot-wise, a young Treville would get outed as a sub, and to appease the conservative voices at court who wanted to strip him of his various position(s), Louis would hastily marry Treville off to Richelieu. Richelieu is politically ideal because no one at court would be able to complain that Richelieu couldn't "control his sub", and to challenge Treville holding a given opinion/position of authority/etc would suddenly be the same thing as challenging Richelieu over it, which no one wants to do, because Richelieu may not be interested in this mouthy Gascon but he's certainly not going to let anyone get away with questioning his authority.

Standard tropes were to follow, with a liberal mix of fake married, marriage of convenience, romance novels, D/s and even slave!fic tropes all culminating in the epic love affair of hate at first sight.

I set it aside because I was busy with heirs at the time, and kind of forgot about it since then, but this prompt recalls it to my mind so... would you be interested in that outline, anon?

Chapter One

“Porthos!” Aramis cried as he hammered on Porthos’ door. “Porthos get up! We have to go!”

“What is it?” Porthos asked, bleary eyed, as he opened his door. Aramis had evidently just woke him up.

“We have to go, Athos and d’Artagnan have been arrested. They’re in prison.”

“I ran into some Red Guards and they took great pleasure in telling me that Athos and d’Artagnan were arrested last night.”

“What for?”

“Crimes against nature,” Aramis replied, his voice full of concern for his friends.

“Crimes against nature? What does that even mean?” Porthos was still half asleep and his brain could not comprehend what was happening.

“Sodomy,” Aramis explained. “Now hurry up, we have to get to the prison.”

“Do you know the details?” Porthos asked as he quickly dressed.

“From what I heard they were caught in an alley last night in the middle of an act, what particular act I don’t know, but they were arrested and taken to the Chatelet.”

“That doesn’t sound good.”

“No, the Archbishop was calling for their heads earlier; you know how the church reacts to such things and lord knows how Rochefort is reacting to this.”

“Are they all right?”

“I don’t know,” Aramis told him. “That’s why we need to leave now and make sure they are.”

“Come on then,” Porthos exclaimed as he hurried out of the door. “No use standing around here all day.”

Aramis rolled his eyes, “I was waiting for you,” he said as he followed the larger man.

D’Artagnan sat on the floor of the cell near the bars trying not to think about what had happened. It all seemed so surreal; one moment he had been with Athos, half drunk and unable to contain his lust and the next they were both being arrested. He had been separated from Athos and thrown into a cell where he had spent the night being ignored by the jailers and jeered at by the other inmates. He didn’t know whether he wanted to cry or throw up.

He wondered how Athos was. Was he all right? Had he been ignored as much as he had? Had he been beaten? Was he hurt? These thoughts spun around and around d’Artagnan’s head until he couldn’t think of anything else. He just wanted this to be over. He wanted to know what was going to happen to them. If only he hadn’t convinced Athos it would be a good idea to go into that alley.

The two of them had been secretly together for a couple of months. One night, not long after his commission, d’Artagnan had shown Athos just how much he meant to him and pulled him in for a soft yet passionate kiss. Athos couldn’t believe that he was genuine so d’Artagnan showed him again. Things had rapidly progressed from there and the d’Artagnan had quickly realised that he was falling in love with the older man.

It had been his idea. His stupid idea. He had just been so full of lust and wine that he had wanted Athos there and then; he couldn’t just wait a few more minutes for them to head back to Athos’ room. No, he had to have him outside the tavern where they had spent the night drinking. Now they were both going to pay for it.

He quickly stood up, hard considering he was in chains, when he heard someone coming. For a moment he thought it was one of the guards coming to take him somewhere but it was Porthos.

“Thank god you’re here,” d’Artagnan breathed a sigh of relief. “What’s happening? Have you seen Athos, is he all right?”

“I ‘aven’t seen ‘im, Aramis had gone to find him,” Porthos explained. “How are you? Are you all right?”

“Scared,” d’Artagnan admitted. “No-one will tell me what’s happening. They locked me in here last night and the guards have been ignoring me. They haven’t even questioned me. It’s making me feel sick.”

“I’ll try an’ find out what’s goin’ on. Don’ worry.”

“That’s the problem I can’t do anything but worry. I’ve been sat here all night in chains worried out of my mind. Worried that I am going to die, worried that Athos is going to die and no-one is telling me anything.”

“Aramis will make sure Athos is all right, I’m here to make sure you are. Tell me what happened. Why were you so stupid as to get caught doin’ an illegal act in public?”

“It was just the heat of the moment,” d’Artagnan sighed. “After you and Aramis left we drank some more wine and we were just the wrong side of drunk. I didn’t think we’d get caught, I just wanted Athos so much that I couldn’t wait. Looking back it was the worst idea I could have had but at the time it didn’t.”

“We’ve all done stupid things,” Porthos replied.

“How many that could lead to your execution?” D’Artagnan groaned and leaned against the stone wall. “We’ve been so stupid,” a tear slipped down his cheek.

“Yeah yeh have but we’ll find a way out of this.”

“I don’t think you can. It’s not one of those situations where you can shoot someone and it all turns out all right. The church is against us on this one. I just want it to be over.”

“I’ll stay with you,” Porthos tried to comfort him. “It’s not like the guards are in any hurry to tell me to leave.”

“I think they’re scared of you,” d’Artagnan replied, a hint of a smile on his face.

“As they should be,” Porthos smiled back at the younger man. “Now, we should get comfortable, we may be here for a while.”

Porthos sat down on the floor outside the cell next to d’Artagnan, who sat in silence as his friend tried to comfort him. Nothing worked though and the seconds passed with an excruciating agony that both men could feel. After what seemed like a lifetime they heard Aramis.

“Come on,” he said to Porthos. “We have to go. They’ve taken Athos for questioning.”

Something happens and somehow a rift between worlds opens or something magical happens, but somehow Treville, Athos and Porthos find themselves in Omegaverse Paris.
Luckily for them their counterparts are either recently dead or never joined the Musketeers so after a odd entrance and introduction with the King who's terribly amused and simply orders that the tree newcomers simply slide into place in the absence of their counterparts in this world. The three are ordinary 'normal' men, but are not betas in this world either so they don't know the language of scent and some of the more subtly body-language. Now Treville, Porthos and Athos have to learn and navigate the different social rules and hierarchy when it comes to this world of Alphs/Betas/Omega, not to mention this universe's Alpha-Richelieu and omega-Aramis and omega-d'Art.

In a modern Paris, d'Artagnan shows up at the doorstep of any or all of the Inseparables, claiming to be their 'brother'and insisting that they're all musketeers and just don't remember.

Anon can take it where Anon will, anything goes.

4 Times Aramis was mistaken for a Prostitute

I love 4+1 fics and have read a couple of fics where Aramis has gone undercover in a brothel.

I would love a fic where Aramis is mistaken for a prostitute in various situations (much to the others laughter or anger... don't mind, although i do love a bit of humour)

Maybe the plus one could be a roleplay (I love OT3) with Aramis pretending for the others pleasure.. I don't know

Can be as cracky or serious .. .OT3 or BroT3

Richelieu faked his death after he was nearly assassinated.

He told no one save for his closest guards and disappeared into the country to search for his would be assassin, leaving his love alone in Paris believing him to be dead.

In the wake of Richelieu`s death, Treville finds himself unexpectedly pregnant by the Cardinal.

Knowing he will be dismissed from his post, and cast out for having a illegitimate child, he resolved to hide his condition while trying to think of what to do.

However when he is shot by the assassins Sophia and her Lover Francesco, his pregnancy is revealed, and Richelieu has to reveal himself to his hurting lover and try to make up for the past several months, while preparing for imenant parenthood and trying to bring down his enemies and Rochefort.

Theres is a large ship floating in deep space seemingly in hibernation, and in this ship are various 'pods' filled with various people. Now for some reason some of these pods begin to open. The problem? The people that stumble out of those pods don't know how they got there or why, and they have no memories. Are they the crew? Are they prisoners? Did something happen, is this some kind of test or accident? The only reason they know their supposed names is because of the name tag on their pods, now their left with only a few small clues.
Now they are trying to find out about themselves, each other and what are they going to do now.

OP: Continued from above, for some reason it cut off.

Athos, Porthos, Aramis and d'Art quickly click, attraction and comrade quickly form, the small group supporting Treville specifically, who along with Richelieu, have been unofficially elevated by everyone on the ship as leaders. Time passes as they try to get the ship running again finding themselves working smoothly together our Inseparables assume that they all must have been friends (and in some cases lovers) and maybe even part of a military unit before they all lost their memories. Everyone is in for a shock when they finally get the ship and the computer up and running.

Their on a prison transport ship heading for a deep space penal colony. Treville is the ships Captain, d'Art is the new ship's pilot (apparently this is his first deep space assignment), Porthos is one of the prison-guards escorting prisoners to the penal colony, Richelieu is a warden, while Athos and Aramis are apparently dangerous criminals.
