Purely for his own amusement, a Red Guard decides to spike D'Artagnan's drink at a busy tavern, with a drug that makes people highly aroused for several hours. The drug doesn't kill or cause any long-term damage but it does make the victim extremely uncomfortable both physically and emotionally unless their needs are tended to by a lover. Unfortunately for the Red Guard, a lover isn't too far away.

I ship both d'Artagnan / Constance and d'Artagnan / Athos, so either pairing would be good.

This could be classed as dub-con, although D'Artagnan and his lover really do have growing feelings for each other.
