Ok, I haven't seen a fic for this yet, though there are similiar types, but it's mentioned briefly (or maybe I'm just not looking at the right fics.
Modern AU, cannon, whatever.
Someone comes on to Aramis, he isn't interested, or has promised Athos/Porthos/Treville, that he won't make a fool of himself by flirting or having sex with someone he shouldn't. The person continues to push, takes his refusal as a challenge or uses their knowlege of his indiscriminate sleeping around to try and coerce him into it. If they are of suitably high rank they could try and use that too.
Eventually the other person corners him alone, starts p on some unwanted advances, touching, kissing etc, and Aramis doesn't feel that he can do anything more about it (though he still doesn't want it).
Then Athos/Porthos/d'Artagnan (I'd prefer Athos because he does the most awesome disappointed face!) walk in on it. Now, he can either see it, realise Aramis is in a position he's uncomfortable with and come riding to the rescue. Or, he can see it, chalk it up to Aramis being his usual self, be disappointed and slip out again; Aramis sees him, goes to apologise for disappointing him the following day, blaming himself for it, it all comes out and Athos is angry and comforting.
