Aramis is alone somewhere, injured, and he knows that help is far away. Maybe he got captured or separated or he was riding to get a message somewhere? I don't mind, just any reason why he's alone. Anyway, he's bleeding out, and obviously the best thing to do in this circumstance is to stitch up his own wound. Bonus for Athos and Porthos finding him and being impressed/slightly grossed out at the thought of stitching up your own wound. Gen request, but I am partial to OT3 if you can think of a way to incorporate it.
