Prompt: "I've been playing Assassin's Creed Black Flag, (again) and there were muskets and swords and leather and accents and that just got me thinking. Can someone please do a musketeers are pirates AU? Athos is captain with Porthos as his quartermaster and Aramis could be a soldier whom they've rescued, or something. D'Artagnan enters the scene in his usual misunderstood way, on the heels of the notorious pirate Athos who looted the ship they were on and killed his father. The above is just a rough idea, if you want to go with anything else, that's more than fine. I'm open to any pairings, or none if that's what rocks your boat."
