Date: 2014-09-11 10:33 pm (UTC)Porthos was on patrol when he was attacked by a lycan who had not had the fore thought to go out into the forrest away from populated areas to keep from hurting anyone during the time of tansforation, since that night Pothos has joined the coven, first hoping to be cured, but now has addapted to life as a were even using the heightend senses that remain even in human for to assist in missions.
Aramis is a healer and empathic witch his gift are to help and heal others hurts and pains which first drew him to think of taking a religious life, but he found himself better able to use his gifts as a Musketeer, and joined Trevilles coven
Athos is a fire witch, but his abilities are weaked by his drinking and his dispair over his ex wife Milady, also a witch but one who did not hold the code of wicca, instead of using her gifts of glamour and ice to help protect people from demons and dangers she used the abilities for her own gain, tricking Athos into marying her with a glamour and love spell, susequently murdering his younger brother.
Eventually d`Artagnan comes to Paris, and decides to apprentice in the Musketeers, but keeps his abilities secret fearing that he will be drowned on a ducking stool like he mother was if ever found out.
But his gifts of foresight and lightning are discovered as he saves Athos from the fire at La Fare following Milady`s attempts to kill Athos.
He too joins the small coven, working as King Musketeers by day and fighting the forces of darkness by night under Trevilles command.
However Milady wants revenge, The Cardinal is also a dabbler in the darker side of magick when it suits his needs, using demons and vampires to do his bidding, when the need arises.
The discovery that d`Artagnan is a very powerful witch and his presence in Trevilles coven will strengthen their power ten fold is not something the Cardinal wants to happen, and is detirmind to see that coven never gains such power, by having d`Artagnan arrested on charges of Witch craft and heresy and sentencing him to burn at the stake.
Treville and Athos both plead with the king making him understand that while d`Artagnan is different, special, he is Not Evil, that he uses his gifts for good, to help people and fight against evil, convinced and eager to have d`Artagnan give him some foresight on his own future the King commutes the sentence and asks for d`Artagnan to be brought to him to read his fortune!!!.
Knowing they need to break the hold The Cardinal has over the King, deal with Milady once and for all, the Coven get their chance to do so after an attempt is made on the Queens life...........
Bonuses Drunk depressed Athos struggling to use his powers until he sees the folly of this when d`Artagnan explains why he is so terrified of his own abilities.
D`Artagnan being scared of ever using his lightning power for fear of hurting anyone and of being caught as a witch
Porthos being a wild but slightly cuddly werewolf, who is so secure within his coven that he can stay with them at the time of transformation, and enjoys snuggling with Aramis in wolf form aswell as in human form

Date: 2014-09-11 11:46 pm (UTC)All of the Musketeers suffer some form of PTSD form various traumas in their lives. Athos has been diagnosed with severe Depression (suicidal with destructive tendencies), he was institutionalized by Court order after being found insane at his Trial for the attempted murder of his wife and the murder of his younger brother (who Athos doggedly blames his wife for).
Porthos has had a hard and brutal life growing up on the mean streets, he also has major rage issues and a bad gambling addiction. Being big, frighteningly strong and dangerous, not to mention having been arrested and convicted numerous times for thievery, assault (never against innocents or good people) and finally after being involved in the deaths of three known and violent gang-members, the Law was going to just dump him in jail and throw away the key. But Treville literally swooped in, pulling some strings and has Porthos put not only in his care, but in his employment. Treville can see for all his problems Porthos is a truly decent person and far smarter then any give him credit for, he's also protective and surprisingly gentle when they is need and completely loyal.
Aramis has been diagnosed with Nymphomania, along with having abandonment issues, he was also discharged from the Army years back, the only survivor out of 20 from an ambush. Treville came across him at a conference at a different hospital and had him immediately transferred to his care when it became clear that members of that staff and the orderlies were regularly taking full advantage of the pretty nympho.
Unfortunately the same thing starts to happen at his own hospital, which infuriated Treville since it was usually orderlies from Dr. Richelieu's staff and section (the Red Guards) sneaking onto his ward and into Aramis' room.
He is rather pleased however when Porthos quickly puts these 'visits' to a firm and painful end after he officially becomes one of the orderlies on Trevilles' ward.
Needless to say Treville soon discovers that these three particular misfits are good for one another, they just click. Separate they are a mess, ticking time-bombs, but together they make an amazing and 'sane' person.
Feel free to add d'Artagnan and others to the mix, as for pairings Portamis is always welcome, as is both ace-Athos or Otp3, or even gen)

Date: 2014-09-12 01:28 pm (UTC)I'd like to see a young (about 18, book age) d'Artagnan, who despite his eagerness and hot headedness is still quite innocent in worldly matters being seduced and coerced into bed by one (or all) of the older more experienced inseparables. No rape, but d'Artagnan would probably never had innitiated this by himself and is pretty nervous and maybe apprehensive. Maybe Athos takes advantage of d'Artagnan's hero worship of him? Or Aramis ensures him that this is normal in Paris or among soldiers, so if he wants to fit in... maybe once in bed they keep on pusning him further than he is really comfortable with, there is no actual force, but he doesn't quite feel free to say no either. Feel free to make it a bit creepy.

Green eyed Musketeers TW Bullying possible violence
Date: 2014-09-15 07:43 pm (UTC)However, d`Artagnan is not a noble, and only apprenticed for a matter of months before earning his commission from the king for killing La Barge.
While the other commissioned Musketeers eagerly accept d`Artagnan into their ranks, especially since he is amongst the infamous inseparables, the apprentices are not so sanguine.
They do not like the fact that d`Artagnan was allowed to join in on missions with the elite Musketeer unit, was befriended by them so swiftly, nore that he was allowed to comptete as Musketeer champion and then chosen by Treville to be the Champion and earn his commission.
Following d`Artagnan`s commission he begins to suffer intense bullying at the hands of the apprentices, who refuse to follow his orders, belittle him, even break into his room at the garrison to steal and vandalise his belongings.
Not wanting to cause trouble he keeps quite, until one day things go to far, and the Inseparables get involved.
Really hoping for d`Artagnan/Athos or d`Artagnan/OT3 slash but will accept gen too with close brotherly love

Date: 2014-09-15 07:47 pm (UTC)Since I've read a few fics with d'Artagnan kind of being the apprentice stitcher and becoming skilled at it, I'd like to switch up which of them, besides Aramis, proves to be talented at it. Maybe Athos is really unexpectedly steady with the needle but doesn't like to do it; with d'Artagnan struggling to get the hang of it at first. Or maybe Porthos is pretty awesome at it as long as he's doing it for strangers or musketeers he's not as close to, but freaks himself out if he's got to do it for Athos or Aramis. Just some possibilities...
Extra love and cookies if you give me a +1 with Treville being the stitcher, or a +1 with someone unexpected having to stitch up one of the boys - like Louis (oh the horror), or the Cardinal.
