The lowdown: You post your prompt, anon or not. Someone else will hopefully fill it (also anon or not). Not for profit, just for fun. And in this case, for king and country.

I get the impression that the musketeers are an elite group of soldiers, and few in number. What if Aramis was not just the only survivor of the massacre in the forest, but with Marsac's desertion, he is for a time the only musketeer full stop. He returns to an eerily deserted garrison, with only a guilt stricken Treville to care for him.

I'd like some bonding between these two, with Aramis very sick and confused at first, and Treville being a gruff but tender carer. I've been craving this ever since that seen at Marsac's grave in The Good Soldier, when they both had matching black eyes!

Oooh, I love this idea.

I'm writing post-Savoy Treville & Aramis bonding longifc with lots of guilty feelings right now, but not with Aramis as the last musketeer left.

But if no one fills this before I'm done with the other one, I'll have to have a go at this.

I will be on AO3, but it might still take a while. I don't like to start posting fic that I haven't finished writing.

But I do hope you will not have to wait to long for either or fill or the other one.

Not sure you're still checking for this, OP, but I finally finished that fic and uploaded it (and forgot to crosspost, sorry. ;__;)
