On the same night Porthos rides away from the regiment in his moment of doubt, Aramis rides away from the monastery.

As Porthos did in canon, they both ultimately turn back and don't follow through on their moment(s) of doubt.

After reuniting they find themselves discussing these events with each other, and learn it was on the same night.

Can anybody give me a fic where it's found out that Aramis (like his book counterpart) is significantly younger than Athos and Porthos. I think it was 10 years in the book. So either Athos and Porthos find out, Athos, Porthos and d'art find out together or Athos and Porthis know and d'art is surprised by house close Aramis is to his age.

And how does this affect relations between the three.

Ok, this is my first time posting on this website so I have no idea how it works. Also, sorry for it being so late! I only just saw it now and I felt the need to write it. I hope this is good and please tell me if I should write more. I might but I'm unsure. --------------------------- The four men walked down the sandy path, passing small wooden stalls with things to buy. There was quite a few people there but not enough for it to be hard for them to walk side by side. "I'm sure D'artagnan would love that." Porthos replied to something Athos had said, making them all laugh at the joke. They all came to a stop as Aramis was suddenly in a bone crushing hug from an old lady. Aramis let out a warm laugh as he patted her arm and she suddenly pulled back to look at him. "It's been so long! I'm sorry for missing your birthday yesterday, but the store was so busy and then Sara got sick and--" she apologized quickly before being cut off. "Abuela, it's ok! I had planned on coming by later this week to celebrate with you." He comforted, his eyes warm with kindness. Athos raised an eyebrow at this, Porthos and D'artagnan both sputtering as they tried to think of what to say.Aramis and the lady hugged and said farewell and he walked up to them again. He grinned as he saw the confusion and patted Porthos on his back. "That's just abuela, spanish for grandma. She may not be related by blood but you understand." He explained as they carried on walking. "Why was she so upset?" Asked D'artagnan who looked like a lost puppy. "Ah, abuela was put off by the fact that she missed my 26th birthday." He answered and suddenly stopped as he realized what he said. They all ,bar Aramis, let out a noise of shock. None of them had realized how you he was and none of them had considered him being so young. "You are merely 4 years older than me?" Shrieked D'artagnan who then flushed red at how he sounded. Aramis let out a loud laugh at his antics and he spun on his heel to look at them all. Porthos stood there ,yet again, sputtering whilst Athos' eyes where wide. "Indeed! 4 years older than you and approximately 10 years younger than those two." He said as he took of his hat to run a hand through his hair. He grinned at the utter confusion and shock they all showed, not thinking of much other than how much he could tease them later. In his opinion, they all looked so funny right now, the ache in his cheeks a testament to that. "Now then, let us head back to Treville before he starts to worry. We all know how much trouble D'artagnan tends to get into!" He shouted back to them as he walked off. "We all know that it's usually you getting into trouble, Aramis." Teased Athos, the joke getting Porthos and D'artagnan to laugh. "Hey!"

I have no idea where this came from. Modern AU

When Aramis and Marsac where together Marsac had a thing for gagging Aramis, going so far as to devise various ways to gag him in hidden ways for public use, including creative tongue percings and dental work. All of witch Aramis agreed to, out of both love of Marsac and the way it made him feel to be forced to rely on Marsac to speak for him, to order his food while they were out, the fact that even if he wanted to he was actually unable to make himself understood.

Then Marsac left him, and he eventually finds himself in a relationship with Porthos or Athos or both. Finally as they get closer and questions are asked about the strange pericings/dental work/whatever other evidence is left behind, and Aramis admits to the gagging, and the fact that he sort of gets off on it a bit.

Porthos/Athos is a bit werided out, but eventually becomes intrigued, and decides to figure out how it all works, culminating in Aramis getting to go out in public secretly gagged, with Porthis/Athos getting to enjoy a surprisingly erotic level of control over him.

Much sexytimes ensue with Aramis still gagged.

Everyone of their friends knows that Aramis belongs to Athos and Porthos, with a very restrictive submissive contract. All consensual.

When they meet up the friends, d'Art, Constance, Treville, OC anyone, will alway ask after Aramis, even if he is with them, and only after Athos or Porthos tell them that he's there with them will they actually speak to him. If Athos or Porthos talk about him like he is not there then the friends follow suit and do not even look at Aramis.

Something happens and for a while Athos and Porthos refuse to aknowledge him when they are in their group of friends or when they are alone together. Becuase of this Aramis is often left feeling disconnected. So one night while everyone is at a club he is being ignored, left sitting by himself when someone, a pretty woman comes over to talk to him, and after being so cut off from all his friends he starts to talk back to the woman an finds himself enjoying it.

Athos and Porthos return and scare the woman away, and Aramis knows he's going to be in serious trouble, because he broke the rule of not speaking to anyone unless they (his lovers) aknowledge him.

He is punished for breaking the rule, but after the punishment Athos and Porthos admit their own fault in what happened (they never meant to leave him so isolated, just circumstances and misunderstandings happened) and tell him that he is allowed to safeword antime he feels overwhelmed like that. Aramis haltingl explains that being ignored for so long made him feel disconnected enough that he forgot he could safeword.

They come up with a system so that it can't happen again.

Anne and Louis are childless not because of infertility or miscarriage, but the fact the two have not consummated their marriage. Both are blundering virgins, who don't really know how to have sex and have never seen each other naked. Anne appeals to Aramis for help, who ends up giving a very hands on lesson to them on how to have sex.

Set in Season One.

Captain Treville nudges the Inseperables into taking a disguised D'Artagnan under their wing while he looks out for her since Alexandre D'Artagnan was an old friend. Both D'Artagnan and Treville are trying to figure out a reasonable way for D'Artagnan to make a living since her father is gone and Treville is pretty much the only one left to help her. It doesn't help she wasn't exactly raised like a girl of that era would have been.

The LaBarge incident causes D'Artagnan to reveal herself to the Inseperables and they are understandably a little angry but also compassionate. D'Artagnan doesn't get to face LaBarge (which makes her miffed) and doesn't get a commission.

The Inseperables still take her on missions when the Queen decides to go to the pool. The assassination attempt happens and D'Artagnan makes a very brash decision.

She reveals her gender to the Queen and tells her to swap clothes with her.

Porthos and Aramis are able to slip the Queen disguised as the musketeer hopeful back to Paris while D'Artagnan in the Queen's clothing and Athos make for the Convent.

None of the males are sure whether to scold her for putting herself in danger like that (she could be hanged!) or commend her for the quick thinking.

The Queen makes the decision for them. She secretly commissions D'Artagnan as a bodyguard. Dressed in women's clothes, she would just be a personal maid while hiding a sword and pistol in her dress. So while she's not technically a musketeer, D'Artagnan is still given the same duties as one. The Queen also asks D'Artagnan to act as her 'contact' within the Musketeer ranks since she knows the Musketeers are loyal to her and her husband.

It's not exactly how Treville wanted D'Artagnan settled but so long as she's happy and not living on the streets, it's all good.

The Inseparables are not entirely sure how to deal with a D'Artagnan in a dress.

D'Artagnan is reasonably happy until she realises she going to have to learn how to fight in the dress she's given. It's not as simple as breeches! Why can't she wear breeches?

Bonus:
-The Queen and D'Artagnan become reasonably good friends. Mostly over trading stories of shenanigans the Musketeers get into.
-The other maids are peripherally aware of D'Artagnan and make good friends with her. (Give me Female Solidarity.)
-D'Artagnan consistently bitches about the dress.
--The Inseperables all try the dress on to try and fight in it.
-Constance gets on the Queen's radar as she's the one to alter D'Artagnan's dress into something more suitable to hide and retrieve her weapons.
-At least one Musketeer makes the mistake of flirting with D'Artagnan.

First time posting a prompt so I'm sorry if I messed anything up.

Anyway. So, d'Artagnan paired with Aramis is my kryptonite.

What I'd like is something set after S1, when d'Artagnan is upset about losing Constance, and Aramis is angsting over Anne. They're both suffering from heartbreak, so it's only natural that they eventually get to commiserating with each other over the mess that is their love-lives, yes?

Except. They get to talking. They have long heart-to-hearts about sorrow and love and stuff. And, as time goes by...they start to fall in love with each other :D

Anon would prefer no smut, but in the end it's up to the filler.

Bonus points for kisses and cuddles and the two of them being adorable. That too is my kryptonite.

So I had a prompt in my head:

Athos and Porthos decide to rather leave Aramis be and don't try to go after him to Douai as they'd rather keep him out of danger. News of the war spreads to the monastery anyway and Aramis decides to head there alone. When he gets there, he's immediately roped into fighting and has no idea where his brothers are. He ends up getting hurt. Afterwards, someone recognizes him amongst the injured and they go to retrieve Athos and Porthos from the other side of the camp. Or, Athos and Porthos bump into him during the fight by chance, and protect their injured brother until the battle ends.

In short, lots of whump and fluff. I want Porthos and Athos to be extremely shocked at finding him /finding out he was actually fighting with them the whole time.

I know I'm SUPER late, but ever since I saw 3x10, I've been haunted by d'Artagnan's statement to Marcheaux before he killed him. I realize that he probably meant about his time in the Chatelet or Marcheaux's attack nearly killing Constance, but what if he meant something else?

What I would like is for someone to confront d'Artagnan about his comment, and it's revealed that Marcheaux raped d'Artagnan or had his goons do it and that's what d'Artagnan meant by 'This is for me'. Cue lots of angsty/traumatized d'Art and comforting/protective/furious Inseparables and/or Constance.

Can I have a fic where Athos learns that his father had an affair some time after Thomas was born that resulted in the birth of Aramis. The noble man Aramis thinks is his father was actually a man who was payed to keep the illegitimate child in line.

Can be an Athos learns early about this when Aramis is still young. Or when they are musketeers, or whatever.

Plus for insecure Aramis because he is afraid he’s a poor substitute for the brother Athos had growing up, or for whatever other reason and keeps doing stupid things to ‘prove himself’ though he maybe doesn’t recognise he is. And for Porthos/(and d’art if he’s joined) to just be done with the both of them.
