OTP3/BroT3, Aramis' trust issues

I got the feeling througout episode 4 and 6 that Aramis doesn't trust his friends to have his back or is afraid to cause them trouble or thinks that they won't help him. Maybe after episode 4 where they were relucant to help him he more often than not sets out on his own. I'd like a story where Athos and Porthos show him that he can trust them and have his back and take care of him. Please?

Want this too. It's one of the reasons I think in "Exiles" that Athos saying "We'd better help you then" about saving baby Henri was so powerful to me. Aramis's reaction seemed so genuine in his uncertainty. (Though I think he mainly went off on his own to keep from dragging them into it.)

That's my elaborate way of seconding this. :)

Porthos and Athos think Aramis is dead

For whatever reason Porthos and Athos both think that Aramis is dead. They're overjoyed when he returns and Athos unexpectedly shows a lot of emotions.
Alternatively they find Aramis alive but without his memories and try to bring him home.

Does any one remember the Starsky and Hutch episode where Starsky and Hutch challenge each other - Hutch had to stay hidden on the streets and Starsky has to find him, but Hutch is suffering from the effects of food poisoning, so it becomes a race to find him!

I'd like something similar, maybe Porthos argues that Aramis isn't good at blending in or moving around the city unnoticed, Athos agrees. Determined to show both them and d'Artagnan that they're wrong, Aramis says he will 'disappear', staying in the vicinity of the garrison, and challenges them to 'recapture' him before the days are up.

However, things take a serious turn when his friends discover that someone (an old enemy or an assassin) is trying to kill Aramis, and so they must find him first.
Or go down the illness/poisoning route and they have to get the cure to him in time.

Yes, I remember that episode, and, I'd love to see someone do this with Aramis. Would that I could will this to get filled.

D'Artagnan and Aramis bonding (gen)

Watching the eps again, I feel like on the show there is actually a bit of an easy connection between d'Artagnan and Aramis, just the way they interact (their exchanges during Exiles, the way they trade some bowl of food back and forth between them while watching Porthos practice fighting in The Challenge). I figure they probably both had decent relationships with their families/fathers, and that they'd likely have a lot in common.

I'd just like to see moments of them being easy with each other and bonding. D'Artagnan maybe being a little unsure of how to connect with Athos and Porthos at first, but finding Aramis kind of easy to connect with as a starting point.

I would like to see more fics with d'Artagnan bonding with Aramis or Porthos and not just being paired with Athos. I could see him being really fascinated with Athos (and probably Porthos) in the beginning but finding Aramis the most approachable or relatable.

There are lots of fics where Athos and d`Artagnan are a couple or Porthos and Aramis or Aramis and Athos and so on, and everyone is fine with it, will this is a prompt where they are not so cool and open minded.

Remember the time period is early seventeenth century, homosexuality was still a crime and punishable by death, people were not so quick to accept and or look the other way, bigotry was still very much a way of life back then.

What I want is d`Artagnan and Athos to be in an established relationship that they have kept secret for (Whatever length of time filler decides) are very much in love with each other, when Aramis and Porthos find out about them somehow.

Perhaps they stumble in on the two of them kissing, or more dramatically in bed together.
Aramis and Porthos are NOT happy about this.
Both preaching the old Catholic diatribe of homosexuality being against nature, accusing Athos of taking advantage of d`Artagnan`s age and inexperiance, of d`Artagnan using Athos wealth and position as Comte de La Fere to win himself favour.

They have a huge bust up that threatens to tear their friendship apart forever.
Then a mission comes up and the four of them have to work together to the greater good and manage to rebuild their friendships along the way.

An I don`t want Aramis and Porthos to be total bastards, just ignorant and biased because of their up bringing and the time period, but both coming to accept the relationship over time.

PS Big time bonus if d`Art gets shot on the mission, I love me some Hurt D`Art!

As Athos gives Milady her freedom she can not resist one last parting shot that will tear the Musketeer inseparables apart
"You must all be blind to not have noticed" Milady said with a smirk in d`Artagnan`s direction "How long has it been?, a year?, you`ve been working, training, even living together and you could`nt figure it out, could`nt see what was right under your noses?"
"What are you talking about?" Aramis asked tersely
"You know, don`t you dear?" Milady said with a smirk towards a paling d`Artagnan
"Don`t" the youngest Musketeer whispered
"What is she talking about?" Athos demanded looking hard at d`Artagnan
"I`m sorry" d`Artagnan whispered sickness swirling in her stomach "So sorry"
"Undo that jerkin and shirt and take a look at the stays holding down Chantelle`s breasts" Milady said with a triumphant smile "I`m not the only one hiding secrets, as you`ll soon see".

As Milady turned and stalked away d`Artagnan gave a gasp of shock as Athos sword sliced down the front of her jerkin and shirt indeed revealing her tightly bound breasts beneath....

I want to see how the Musketeers react to this, how d`Artagnan manages to keep her commission and earn back their trust, also fem d`Artagnan/Athos perhaps starting as a fight and turning into sex much a kin to Buffy season six episode Smashed when Buffy and Spike first have sex

d’Artagnan has recently discovered his friends are lovers and happily accepts their offer to join them. He has formed a pretty strong picture in his head of what they’ll all be like in bed; Athos will be commanding and dominant and as quiet as he is in everyday life; Porthos will be strong and rough and will probably curse a lot and Aramis will be lewd and lascivious and will probably never stop talking.

Wrong!

d’Artagnan is totally gobsmacked to find that all his expectations couldn’t be further from the truth. Athos is not only very vocal in bed, he likes to bottom and loves to have Porthos turn him across his knee and spank him. Porthos is a gentle, surprisingly sentimental lover and doesn’t like to get too rough in case he hurts the others. And Aramis doesn’t actually get the chance to talk too much, because his favourite bedroom activity is pleasuring his lovers with his very talented mouth while they talk dirty to him.

I love with a vengeance pretty much every Insomniac Aramis fic I've come across, and yet for some reason, reading them has given me a hankering for Porthos having nightmares. I don't see him being an insomniac as easily as I envision it for Aramis, but I'd love to see him, maybe after Commodities or Homecoming, or some previous case, just struggling with nightmares and waking up screaming or violent, not remembering where he is or what is going on.

Would love it if Athos and Aramis are both involved in the fic and in helping him/figuring out what's going on (d'Artagnan too if it feels right to the filler).

D'Artagnan considers himself pretty well experienced for his age, he's slept with a whole three people and one of them was a married woman (one was also an assassin but w/e he didn't know that at the time).

Except then he somehow ends up sleeping with Aramis (casual offer? part of OT4? love confession? Your call), and it blows his mind. It isn't just that Aramis knows how to do things that d'Artagnan hasn't even heard of, he's so assured and thorough and communicative and really, really dedicated to finding out exactly what works for his partner.

I just want d'Artagnan completely out of his mind with pleasure, and Aramis delighted at how responsive and appreciative he is.

I'd love to see d'Artagnan and your partner(s) of choice involved in some puppy play, with d'Artagnan as the puppy. Any pairing, and as tentative or full-on kinky as you like!

Nothing in the rules says I can`t do this, but I will stress that this is just a suggestion not a demand, and I`m putting it here since AO3 only lets you comment if your a member.

But a possible follow on from the last chapter Between You Me And The Monster.

With Athos having to struggle through obvious withdrawal and try to earn back the trust of the others and rebuild his relationship with d`Artagnan.
What if Porthos and Aramis are so busy trying to get Athos dry and back on track that they inadvertently neglect a vulnerable and lonely d`Artagnan?, and another Musketeer or Courtier starts taking notice of d`Artagnan, taking advantage of his vulnerable state to make move on him, but not being the "Nice" person they seem.

Again only a suggestion, not a demand, I love this series however

Athos/d`Artagnan Hurt/comfort angst prompt

Has anyone else loved The Pride of Gascony fic over on Fanfiction.net?, I know I have, and what I`d like is someone to write something along the same lines, not a carbon copy, but like it, with an Athos/d`Artagnan pairing.

How they worked it out. Episode ten based prompt TW Possible violence, self harm and other triggers

We know how the plan worked out, how they set up both the Cardinal and Milady, but what we don`t know is how everything came together, who thought up the plan, how d`Atagnan`s relationship with Milady was revealed, what Athos feelings about it were which is what I want to see....

Athos revealing the identity of Milady to the others and d`Artagnan recognising the forget me not signature and confessing his one night stand and being framed for murder by her.

Athos reacting very very badly, she is his wife for God sake murderous and twisted but still married.
Aramis and Porthos struggling to deal with everything thats happened, Athos being wed to this crazy bitch, d`Artagnan sleeping with her, the fire at La Fere which they did`nt know about before hand.
D`Artagnan falling into a self recriminating depression, while Athos drinks away is miseries.

Then after (Whatever length of time), Athos and d`Artagnan have it out in true gentlemen style ie they have fist fight before talking about it!.
Then all four get together to bury the hatchet and form The Plan.

Gen is okay, but slash preffered with Athos/d`Artagnan or OT4

Aramis/Marsac, before Savoy they were in a happy, healthy long-time relationship

I'd love a story where prior to the massacre at Savoy, Aramis and Marsac had already been in a loving, healthy relationship for a couple of years (if Aramis bragging about his scars is anything to go by, he's been in the Musketeers since at least 1621, so you've got four years of unexplored possibilities to work with)

You could focus on that, or you could go for the events at Savoy, where Marsac chooses to hide away protecting a seriously, but not fatally wounded Aramis, when maybe he could have helped save some of their comrades. In the end he feels too guilty to stay, but is also lucid enough to realize what kind of life he's setting himself up for, and he doesn't want that for Aramis. So he leaves him behind, and Aramis' recovery is as much from his wounds and grief for his dead friends, as it is from feeling abandoned by the person he loved.

I happened to spot this prompt while I was writing a Marsac/Aramis fic for a friend (we thought we were the only ones!!) and, while it isn't an exact fill, maybe you might like it? It certainly has Aramis and Marsac, pre-Savoy and completely besotted with each other, and amounts to PWP around voyeurism. So, I stepped up and did the google pic search for us all. Basically, the prostate gland is brown, roundish and generally unassuming. With a beard and a hat I suppose it might look a bit like a chibi!version of Aramis...

Sentinel AU - possible tw for abuse

Aramis and d'Artagnan are sentinels, Porthos and Athos their guides.

Perfectly happy with one of those extra-au worlds where guides are basically slaves but I don't want our guys to mistreat each other. Might make for a nice back-story for Athos and his ex-sentinel (Milady) though.

Aramis is my favorite, but equal focus on all the characters works too. Dragged-out zone-outs make for great h/c and the guides bossing their sentinels around (for their own good) is gold. Also the sentinels protecting their guides at all costs.

I would love to read fic where the boys become lovers but there are still issues to resolve. I mean, they didn't have the internet or the big book of gay sex, they had gossip and whispers and a whole lot of misinformation. I would love to see them slowly figuring out what they like and how to give each other pleasure. Bonus points for any cultural hangups about particular sex acts.

In the books Athos is pretty much twice D'Artagnan's age, and even in the show there's probably a good 10-12 years between them. I'd love something where they're in a D/s kind of relationship that's totally healthy and loving and all, where a huge source of hnng for Athos is the fact that he's submissive to someone significantly younger than him.

Let´s just say that sparing Milady's life freed Athos of all his demons, and he changes practically overnight. The others are scared shitless by the new Athos, who smiles, jokes, laughs and most importantly - flirts. And they have no idea how to handle it.

Richelieu might be a pit viper, but he also hates to be in anyone's debt, and despite what he did to resolve the Ninon situation, he knows he owes Athos his life.

Inspired mainly by the episode where Richelieu basically warns Milady to leave Athos alone (although at that point only because Athos was on 'the king's business') - this time, someone has inappropriate intentions towards Athos, and Richelieu finds out about it.

Whether he confronts the person directly and warns them off, or passes the information to Treville (who then proceeds to keep Athos within about five feet of him at all times until the person has left the city) up to nonny.
