...With thoughts of his brothers dying without him there. What I'm picturing is Aramis going into seclusion at the start of his journey towards being a monk, and the sense of isolation sort of drives him a little crazy and he starts either hallucinating the soldiers who died at Savoy all coming to talk to him (not just Marsac), or he's literally being haunted by them.

The inseparables live not in the 1620s, but in the Belle Epoque. There's no monarch, obviously, but maybe they're soldiers? Non-foreigners in the Foreign Legion? Members of the Surete (that would make sense for this prompt, actually)? Somehow, someway, they encounter a couple of Englishmen by the name of Holmes and Watson.

And the bromance in the air, which is already at critical mass, increases 1000%.

It seems relatively easy in the show universe for the boys to end up in bed sharing situations. I'd love to see how they might end up in that situation in a modern context. Maybe a 3x they ended up sharing a bed or something. I'm partial to OT3 or BroT3, though I'm looking for gen for this one, more or less. h/c is always a pleasant bonus.

Maybe something that shows d'Artagnan's perspective as he's with each of his three lovers, all of whom have their own special ways of having their way with him.

Am I the only one who thought that Treville looked a little plumper at the start of series two, than he was in series one and at the end of series two?.

I`ll admit I have a new TV so it could just have been that distorting the picture, and he does have a different style beard, but I hav`nt been able to get this out of my head.

What if, he was a little bit rounder, from baby weight?.

Instead of the canon opening of series two episode one, with Anne in labour, and Richelieu`s funeral.

Aramis/Anne - Philippe of Orléans (TW: HOMOPHOBIA/TRANSPHOBIA)

History time! Since we can all suppose Aramis is the true father of future Louis XIV, how about a story where he's also the father to the queen's other son, the future Duke of Orléans, Philippe, also known as "Monsieur".

History says that Philippe was raised as a girl when he was young, and encouraged towards his natural penchant for femininity because both Anne of Austria and Mazarin didn't want him to become a constant challenger to the throne the way Gaston of Orléans, Louis XIII's brother, was. Philippe was also openly homosexual and had several male lovers past puberty, even though he married women for political reasons.

I'd like to read a story where Aramis reacts (well, or not so well) to his bastard son's gender expression and sexual orientation, and how it's encouraged the queen herself, who's the main caretaker for the boys. He can be either still close to Anne or estranged from her, but both his sons are not aware that they are his.

Yeeeeees! I'd love to see a fill for this! I mean, I love all the Athos/Treville!fic that's out there, but they usually have the captain on top and a change in dynamics like that would be nice. :) And then there's the lack of smutty Trevilieu in general, so this prompt is simply perfect. lbr, Treville likes being given orders and submitting, while not being in control makes Richelieu physically uncomfortable. They're perfect for this.

Incubus Aramis OT4

While investigating a break in and murder at a church D'artagnan finds a book filled with ways to identify magical creatures. He quickly realizes that the description of an incubus fits Aramis perfectly.

Aramis is well aware of what he is, and that he requires sex to survive. Until now he's worked around this by going after every woman he get. Unfortunately that isn't working anymore. He's got a few months, then he will slowly die because while food is needed for the body sex is needed for an incubus's soul.

Fortunately for him, he's got three amazing friends (who may or may not already be in a relationship) who would very much like to assist. Now they just need to convince Aramis that this is a good idea.

Bonus if you can work this to feature an Aramis who has never tried sex with a man before. Extra bonus if Treville gets involved.

D'artagnan/Athos (or other pairings) Shapeshifters & Werewolves

The Musketeers are a pack of werewolves. Everyone knows this; it's why they're so effective and probably the only reason why the vampires haven't invaded France...yet...with Milady's help they might.

Then one day a strange and unusual young man joins them, with an unheard of ability: he's a universal shapeshifter able to learn to transform himself into basically anything not human, along with giving himself animal traits even in human form. To the werewolf Musketeers he smells like a cross between Heaven and Hell. Athos is intrigued.

How does an alpha werewolf and a guy who can turn into creatures like snakes, eagles, bats, and winged lion (and maybe one day a dragon, he's working on it) manage to make a relationship work? Especially with every werewolf and vampire on earth lusting after the powerful young shapeshifter.

Could also totally go with other pairings, D'artagnan/Athos/Porthos/Aramis/Treville would be awesome too.
